| After the solemn high mass at 10.30 AM, with participation of the choir "La Murisaltienne" and the hunting horns of the "Trompes du Débuché de Nevers", the fraternity "Confrérie de Saint-Vincent et des Grumeurs de Santenay" carries the statue of Saint Vincent in procession to a wine grower who will take care of the statue during the next year. He offers a wine of honor. At 2 PM a banquet is served, animated by the choir "La Vigne Ô... Vin". During this banquet the local wine growers offer their best wines for tasting, and also guests can offer their special wines. At this occasion it is possible to be enthroned as member of the Confrérie de Saint-Vincent et des Grumeurs de Santenay. |
